Stall Holder Applications Now Open – 2026 Narrandera Rod Run

Applications are now open for stall holders to be part of the 2026 Narrandera Rod Run, happening this Easter.

Food Stall Applications
Food stallholders are invited to apply for both major events:

  • Saturday 4 April – Cruise No Booze (Evening Event)

  • Sunday 5 April – Show and Shine

Saturday 4 April – Cruise No Booze
Bump in will take place on Bolton Street from 2.00pm, with trading expected to commence at 4.30pm. Bump out will be at the conclusion of the event, approximately 9.30pm.
Stall sites are $50 per stall. Sizes are flexible; however, no power will be available, so stallholders must supply their own generator.

Sunday 5 April – Show and Shine
Bump in will be via the Narrandera Sportsground West Gate from 7.00am, with trading expected to begin at 9.30am. Bump out will occur at the conclusion of the event, around 3.00pm.
Stall sites are $50 per stall. Sizes are flexible, and while limited power is available, stallholders are encouraged to provide their own generator where possible.

Merchandise Stalls
Merchandise stall applications are open for Sunday 5 April – Show and Shine.
Expressions of Interest are also being accepted for a limited range of merchandise stall types for Saturday 4 April – Cruise No Booze.
Bump in and bump out times are the same as outlined for food stalls. Merchandise stall sites are $30 per stall.

Public Liability Insurance
All stallholders must hold $20 million Public Liability Insurance, with a copy provided at the time of application.
Community members classified as hobbyists or community groups may be eligible to apply under the Local Community Insurance Scheme (please enquire). A fee of $33.40, in addition to the stall fee, will apply.
