Hold hard, me hearties! Come and enjoy The Buccaneers Bounty – a raucous, romp with a boatload of rascally, rogue pirates and Buccaneers!

In 2025, under the banner of Wagga Shakespeare Club, a group of like-minded volunteers gathered and produced a successful performance of “Something to Crow About” which raised funds for Kooringal Rotary.

This year, the group wanted to perform a traditional “Pantomime”, and so the “Pop Up Performers”, was born, to raise funds for charity as before. Under the auspices of Harry Nixon, it was agreed to raise funds again for Kooringal Rotary and so rehearsals for this raucous panto began at the Eastern Riverina Arts venue in Johnston St.

The Buccaneers Bounty is to perform in regional areas, including Coolamon Cheese Factory on 12th and 19th June, Narrandera on 20th June, and Wild Vines Winery, Oura on 21st June. The proceeds from the Narrandera performance will go to Narrandera Rotary.

The cast of the show has been selected by director Anna Swift and Musical Director Keith Radford.
