A Fresh Brew on Adams Street
A familiar favourite has a fresh new look, new owners and a new name. Say “hello” to Outdo.Brew on Adams Street.
If the name rings a bell, you’ve probably spotted their coffee van. Now, the team has taken the reins at the former Cafe on Adams, giving you somewhere to settle in with a good coffee and something delicious. And, while coffee might be what gets you through the door, lunch makes a very convincing case for staying.
Mornings cover everything from a bacon and egg roll to a big breakfast with all the good bits: eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans, a hash brown and sausage. There’s also a breakfast wrap filled with bacon, scrambled egg and spinach, or a ham, cheese and tomato croissant to keep your coffee company. Whether you’re fuelling up for a day exploring Narrandera or catching up over breakfast, there’s plenty worth stopping in for.
At lunch, we have a firm favourite: the buttermilk chicken burger, with letter cheese and house sauce on a brioche bun. That said, there is plenty of competition for our affections. A steak burger with garlic butter and tomato relish, a hamburger with the lot, or a classic fish and chips all make a convincing case. If the sun is shining and birds are singing, grab your food to go and enjoy a beautiful picnic in the nearby Marie Bashir Park.
Then, there are the Sunday roasts. Gather a few of your favourite people, leave the cooking to someone else and settle in for one of the weekend’s simpler pleasures.
For followers of the coffee van, it’s another way to enjoy Outdo.Brew. For those yet to enjoy a sip of their wonderful coffee, consider this your invitation to pull up a chair.
