It is also home to the MIA's only yarn and fibre arts space, offering a distinctive range of yarns and accessories for makers and artisans.

Beyond retail, Mon Repos is a centre for traditional craftsmanship. The studio offers professional furniture restoration, custom design and construction services, and an engaging program of weekly classes in woodworking and restoration. Weekend workshops explore a range of Grandfather trades — including blacksmithing and soapmaking, felting and stained glass — inviting participants to reconnect with time-honoured skills in an inspiring setting.
